Our cooking classes make a great ladies’ night out, couples date night, family night or team building for businesses or groups.
Beginning Cheesemaking is a perfect starter course for the novice cheesemaker. Discover the ingredients and equipment used in home cheese making and produce a 30-minute mozzarella, fromage blanc and one other cheese product in class.
February 4, 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM, $39 registration cost through Southeast Community College, plus a $30 food fee payable on-site.
