This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining a well-kept property, and likes hands-on work.

- Helps maintain the overall look and function of the property
Grounds & Property Attendant Full Details
- Maintain and care for outdoor spaces, including pond/water features and flower beds
- Assist with general grounds upkeep and seasonal cleanup
- Handle physically active outdoor tasks and projects
- Help keep the property looking clean, well-kept, and inviting
- Assist with simple indoor upkeep (light bulbs, filters, minor fixes)
- Take on small handyman-type projects or basic maintenance tasks
