Reservation Policies

We look forward to welcoming you to Whispering Pines Bed & Breakfast. The following policies help us provide a relaxing and consistent experience for all guests.

Reservations & Deposits

A $50 deposit per room is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your stay.

Cancellations (1–3 Rooms)

Cancellations made 5 or more days prior to arrival will receive a refund of the deposit, minus a $25 cancellation fee per room.

Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit per room.

One complimentary reschedule may be offered when requested prior to the cancellation window, with the deposit applied to a future stay.

No-Shows

Guests who do not arrive for their reservation will be charged the full room rate , along with any pre-ordered packages or add-ons that have been prepared or reserved for the stay.

Check-In & Check-Out

Hosted check-in is from 4:00–6:00 PM, or by prior arrangement.

Check-out is 11:00 AM.

Breakfast

Room rates are based on double occupancy and include a full gourmet breakfast for two.

Additional adults are $25 each; children $15 each.

Breakfast is served 7:00–9:00 AM, with seating available every half hour.

Buffet-style breakfast is available for groups upon request.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

Alcohol Policy

Outside alcohol is not permitted on the property in accordance with state liquor laws.

We offer a variety of beer, wine, and cocktails available for purchase.

Payment

Payment is accepted by Cash, Check, AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Any remaining balance, including incidentals, is due at check-out.

Military Discount

We proudly offer a 10% military discount to active-duty U.S. service members and veterans.

Use promo code MIL when booking online. at check-out.

The military discount applies to the room occupied by the eligible service member or veteran and is not valid for multiple-room or group reservations.

Group & Whole-House Reservations (4–5 Rooms)

Reservations of four or more rooms are considered group or whole-house bookings and are subject to separate policies:

50% deposit of total stay required at booking

Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit

Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to arrival
