Reservation Policies
Our goal is simple…to provide you the best hospitality and to make your stay at Whispering Pines Bed and Breakfast a memorable one. In order to achieve this for every guest, some reservation policies have been established for the bed and breakfast.
Please take a moment to review these policies:
- Room rates include full gourmet breakfast for 2. Additional guests $20 each, children $15.
- Breakfast served from 7:00 -9:00 AM offering seatings every half hour – we’ll ask your preferred breakfast time when you arrive.
- Hosted check-in time is 4:00 – 6:00 PM or by prior arrangement. We can also provide you information for a self check-in.
- Check-out time is 11:00 AM
- Quiet time: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

- For individual rooms, a non-refundable $25 deposit per room is required for all reservations that will be applied to your total amount of the stay.
- Payment accepted in Check / Cash / AMEX / VISA / MasterCard / Discover
As Whispering Pines is a small inn with a limited number of rooms, cancellations affect us significantly.
Cancellation Policy
- 48 hours for individual room reservations.
- 7 days for multiple room or nights reservations.
For individual room cancellations made less than 48 hours before your arrival, your $25 deposit will not be refunded and you will be charged for the remaining balance of your stay, unless we can re-book your room. No-shows will be charged for the remaining balance.
You are provided ONE complimentary reschedule of your stay without penalty; rescheduling must occur at time of cancellation. Cancelling your rescheduled reservation will result in your losing your deposit as stated above.
Vacation Rentals and Whole House Rentals Cancellation Policy
- Whole house or large events require a non-refundable 25% deposit.
- 30 days out, additional 25% due
- Remaining 50% of balance due upon arrival
- 30 day cancellation
