Our goal is simple…to provide you the best hospitality and to make your stay at Whispering Pines Bed and Breakfast a memorable one. In order to achieve this for every guest, some reservation policies have been established for the bed and breakfast.

  • Room rates include full gourmet breakfast
  • Breakfast served from 7-9 am, offering seatings every half hour
  • Hosted check-in time is 4:00 – 6:00 PM or by prior arrangement
  • Check-out time is 11:00 AM
  • A $25 deposit is required for all reservations that will be applied to your total amount of the stay.

Cancellation Policy
As Whispering Pines is a small inn with a limited number of rooms, cancellations and no shows affect us significantly. For cancellations made at least 14 days in advance of arrival, your deposit will cover the $25 handling fee and your deposit will not be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days before your arrival, your deposit will not be refunded and you will be charged for the remaining balance of your stay, unless we can re-book your room. If a guest does not arrive and honor their reservation or contact us to cancel, they will be charged for the full amount of the stay.

 

A special cancellation policy exists for groups or individuals reserving more than two rooms for any given date. This policy extends the cancellation notification period from 14 days to 30 days.
