Cooking Class: Sushi 101

October 30 @ 6:00 pm 8:30 pm

You will be introduced to the four main styles of sushi rolls, including Hosomaki, Uramaki, Temaki,, and Kazari Yin & Yang. The class begins with a presentation about the history of sushi and proper sushi etiquette. Then, you master different types of rolls by utilizing techniques and eat them as you go. Prizes for the best roll in each category are awarded! Everything is supplied for you. It is ample dinner size, but edamame and a sweet ending are also provided.

Hands on / demonstration.

October 30,  6:00 PM – 8:30 PM,  $39, plus a market rate food fee payable in class for fresh seafood flown in within days of the class. We will send an email reminder with fee 1 week prior to class.
