Cooking Class: Sushi 101

Sushi 101

You will be introduced to the four main styles of sushi rolls, including Hosomaki(cucumber), Uramaki (California Roll), Temaki (tuna- raw), and Kazari Yin & Yang (seafood medley). The class begins with a presentation about the history of sushi and proper sushi etiquette. Then, you master four different types of rolls by utilizing four different techniques and eat them as you go. Prizes for the best roll in each category are awarded! Everything is supplied for you. It is ample dinner size, but edamame, Asian salad and a sweet ending are also provided.
