Eggnog Cheesecake

Always a favorite at our Holiday Teas, this cheesecake is quick to make and can be sliced in bite-sized portions or full desert size.

Eggnog Cheesecake
Servings: 8 servings
Ingredients
Cheesecake
  • 16 oz regular or non-dairy cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp dark rum or 2 tsp vanilla
  • ¾ cup seasonal eggnog
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 9- in deep dish graham cracker crust
Crust
  • 8 12 graham crackers - crushed we use food processor
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butte
Instructions
Cheesecake
  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, salt and nutmeg
  3. Beat in rum or vanilla and eggnog

  4. Beat in eggs
    batter in the mixing bowl
  5. Pour into crust and bake 25 – 30 minutes
    cheesecake going into the oven
  6. Chill
Crust
  1. Mix and press into pan. Bake ~ 8 minutes at 375
    crust being removed from the oven
