Chicken Sausage and white sauce – Sautéed Asiago Cheese and Spinach Chicken Sausage atop a white roasted garlic and feta sauce, with sautéed spinach and caramelized onion and a mix of Asiago & mozzarella cheese.
Thai Chicken w/peanut sauce– A spicy peanut sauce tops the crust. Add chicken, also sautéed in the peanut sauce, then grilled to melt the mozzarella cheese. Off the grill it’s topped with fresh and crispy red pepper, scallions & carrots. Finish it with some chopped peanuts and a squeeze of lime juice. When available, bean sprouts. Spice Adjustable.
